Ben Folds and the Utah Symphony at Deer Valley

Last Saturday, Deanna and I went to the Ben Folds concert with the Utah Symphony. It was fantastic. The only issue was Ben's voice. He was struggling hitting some notes, but it was still awesome to see him perform with the symphony. Side note: I just got an email from Scera in Orem announcing the symphony is coming on Monday, August 16. I want to go! So if you are in town and want to come, let me know. General Admission tickets are $10 for students. That's a screaming deal I think. Click on Scera above to get more info. Let me know if you want to go!

So here are some videos I took with my phone of Ben performing. I recorded clips of his songs Brick, Landed, and The Luckiest which was his encore. Great way to end the show. I love that song. Unfortunately, my phone doesn't have a zoom option so the video isn't much to look at. Also, the sound isn't the greatest. You'll have to turn up the volume on your speakers. We were 16 rows from him, but my phone didn't pick up the sound very well. Oh well. Trust me...it was awesome.
